Ralph Natale – Principal, New York Office
The Owner and President of Madison Painting II Corp., based in midtown Manhattan, Ralph Natale has 35 years of hands on construction experience with extensive experience in the finish trades. Initially, Mr. Natale entered the industry as a union tradesman, working first as a painter and then as a paperhanger before moving into supervisory positions.
Mr. Natale founded RAMM Painting, a privately owned and operated business, in the early 1980’s. The 1990’s business climate provided the opportunity to work as executive vice president in charge of sales and field operations for a much larger firm, where he was in charge of all of their work throughout the Rockefeller Center complex in addition to servicing his own clients. Utilizing his vast knowledge and reputation in the industry, this venture enabled him to take on and run larger projects with the administrative support of a larger organization. When the opportunity arose to again own and operate his own firm, Mr. Natale created Madison Painting II Corp., enabling him to provide the level of customer service that his clients have come to expect, while also maintaining tighter control over the projects he runs.
During his years in business, Mr. Natale has completed projects in the commercial, retail, residential and not for profit sectors, and prides himself on the high volume of repeat business he has received from clients over the years. Projects are often completed in highly visible sites requiring extensive coordination to run smoothly. His clients depend on him to meet their aggressive schedules – he has a reputation for checking his work even during overnight and weekend hours when most others can’t be found – and of meeting his deadlines in a professional manner. This has led to a substantial amount of referral business; frequently after completing tenant work in a building, the landlord/management agent has engaged his organization to perform adjacent work as well. Consistent performance to the highest standards has afforded his firm additional opportunities and referrals within these buildings.

The Neiman Marcus Group
Performing all preparation, finish painting and wall covering installation on the selling floors at Bergdorf Goodman, a one of a kind retailer owned by the Neiman Marcus organization in New York. The original plaza level project included gold and silver leafing, hand painted silk wall covering and co-ordination with specialty faux finishers. When a flood damaged portions of the finish work just before the grand opening, Mr. Natale worked around the clock to ensure that all of his work was completed on time. This led to subsequent projects in the store including phase full floor renovations along with specialty shops.
Mr. Natale also works at other Neiman Marcus facilities in the tri-state area including Short Hills, NJ,
King of Prussia, PA, White Plains, NY and Paramus, NJ/
Rockefeller Center Management Group
Mr. Natale worked in 19 buildings that comprise the Rockefeller Center complex, completing concurrent projects with a team of 40 tradesmen. In addition to the landlord work performed, tenant work included NBC, McGraw Hill, Ralph Lauren, Ann Taylor, Berlitz Language School and The Rainbow Room.
Jones Lang Lasalle
Over the past 25 years, Mr. Natale has been an approved contractor in buildings operated by Jones Lang LaSalle throughout the city. In addition to working for this landlord/managing agent in building core and public spaces, he performs tenant work as well. These clients include Ketchum Communications, WPIX-TV, The Chicago Tribune Group, Mutual of America and Paul Hastings.
